‘My Little Pony: Tournament of Mysteries’ #1 Preview: Airen’s Disappearance Causes a Big Problem

The My Little Pony franchise is a very polarizing one, we’d say. You either love it or hate it, and if you love it, you love it passionately. Of course, if you hate it, you also hate it passionately.

But, regardless of the haters, My Little Pony is quite a popular franchise and it has a very devoted following. This is why the authors are constantly providing the fans with new works, including a new comic book series.

My Little Pony: Tournament of Mysteries #1 is coming out on April 30, 2025, and IDW Publishing has decided to provide us with the first preview images.

Writer Stephanie Williams and artist Asia Simone are bringing us this new comic book series, which will start when a Pegasus disappears in the midst of a tournament held in his honor. This is what the synopsis reveals:

When a renowned Pegasus returns to Zephyr Heights for a high-flying tournament in his honor, everything seems to be going well… until his sudden disappearance! In this whodunnit, everypony has a different version of what actually happened, but only when they’re fully pieced together can we unravel this mystery! Look for clues along with your favorite characters and figure out what happened to the vanishing Pegasus in this oversized one-shot!
