Fashion week often sees celebrity couples making intentional public appearances, and this season has been particularly notable for Katie Holmes. The actress, who has kept her romantic life mostly private, has been traveling alongside her artist boyfriend, Jason Bard Yarmosky, from city to city.

Starting in New York, the couple then moved to Milan and has now arrived in Paris. In Milan, they were seen holding hands at the Tod’s show on September 25, both dressed in muted tones, setting the stage for a series of outings that fans have eagerly followed.

Their latest appearance took place on Monday evening in Paris, where Katie Holmes and Jason Bard Yarmosky made a hand-in-hand entrance at a party hosted by fashion icon Carine Roitfeld at the restaurant Le Prunier. Holmes, 47, donned an oversized black blazer over a black top, complemented by a white satin skirt with a feathered hem. She accessorized with black pointed pumps and a vibrant orange-red leather tote, while Yarmosky, 39, opted for a simple black knit sweater and dark trousers.

The couple’s romance is relatively new, with rumors beginning in June. They confirmed their relationship in July when they were seen together at a screening of Olivia Wilde’s ‘The Invite’ in the Hamptons on July 10, where they posed in front of the film’s poster.

Since then, they have made several public appearances together. Their latest outing in Paris followed a report from a source close to Holmes, who told the Daily Mail that she feels wonderful with Yarmosky and might consider marriage in the future. However, neither has publicly commented on this speculation.

Holmes has generally been private about her relationships. E! News noted that since her divorce from Tom Cruise in 2012, she has kept a low profile and has only publicly dated a few people. Her last red carpet appearance with a date was in 2022, when she attended the Tribeca premiere of her film ‘Alone Together’ with musician Bobby Wooten III.

Yarmosky is a painter and filmmaker whose work has been exhibited in galleries and museums worldwide. A native New Yorker born in 1987, he graduated from the School of Visual Arts in 2010 with a BFA. His artistic focus revolves around themes of aging, time, and memory.

His style merges 17th and 18th-century painting techniques with contemporary imagery. Earlier this year, Guild Hall of East Hampton showcased his exhibition ‘Time Has Many Faces’ and screened his film ‘Dream of the Soft Look’. In May 2025, he also unveiled ‘Timeless Women in New York’, a public installation featuring five 7-foot portraits displayed in storefront windows.

The couple’s shared interest in art makes their fashion-week appearances feel natural. E! News described Holmes as an aficionado of the New York art scene, and they both share a similar visual sensibility. Their outfits at the Paris party highlighted this connection with clean lines and a black-and-white palette.

Holmes has been a regular at Paris Fashion Week, attending shows for Chloé and Zimmermann, and has expressed her love for classic pieces and meaningful design. This time, her ensemble combined a structured blazer with a playful feathered skirt.

Behind the scenes, Holmes has been busy directing and starring in ‘Alone Together’, and she recently completed her Broadway run in ‘Our Town’. She is also the mother of 20-year-old daughter Suri, whom she shares with Cruise.

For now, the couple appears content to let their public appearances speak for themselves. They walked in together, smiled for the cameras, and remained close throughout the evening, showcasing a low-key confidence that suits them both.

As fashion week continues, fans may catch another glimpse of them soon. While it’s uncertain how visible their relationship will remain, each new outing adds to their story. For an actress who has guarded her privacy for years, this openness is quite remarkable.
