‘Ishura’ Season 2 Reveals New Teaser Ahead of Episode 6

Ahead of the sixth episode of Ishura Season 2 airing in Japan this Wednesday, the anime’s official website has released a fresh new visual teasing the upcoming second half of the season. The new art heightens the excitement for what’s to come in the story.

The series is adapted from the light novels by Keiso and Kureta. The anime is directed by Takeo Takahashi, with Yuki Ogawa handling direction at studio Passione. The show features series composition by Kenta Ihara, known for Saga of Tanya the Evil, character designs by Yoko Kikuchi and Yuka Takashina, and music by Masahiro Tokuda from Platinum End.

The story is set in a world where the Demon King has died, and the legacy is passed on to demigods, each with incredible powers. These champions, all aiming for the title of ‘True Hero,’ come with unique abilities.

There’s a master swordsman who can defeat any foe with a single glance, a lancer who moves so fast they break the sound barrier, a wyvern rogue armed with three legendary weapons, a wizard whose thoughts become reality, and an angelic assassin who brings instant death.

As these mighty warriors clash with one another, conflicts arise over who will claim the title of the greatest among them. Their journey leads to fierce battles and tests of strength as they compete to be the mightiest of the mighty.

The light novel series is officially published in English by Yen Press, bringing this epic fantasy to a global audience.
