Max Thieriot Reveals Interesting Details About Season 3 Finale and What’s to Come
Fire Country can be described as a sleeper hit series for CBS. It is not a mainstream hit, but it has a devoted following accompanied by solid reviews and very decent rating numbers.
In light of that, it does not surprise us that the series has been renewed for a fourth season recently, with some spin-offs on the way. This will expand the world co-created by Max Thieriot in a significant way and provide the fans with more intriguing stories.
At the moment, though, the team is working on finishing the third season, whose two-part final is scheduled to be released on April 25, 2025. In light of that, series co-creator and star Max Thieriot talked to the press.
Max Thieriot discussed several things in the interview, both related to the current season but also to the upcoming fourth season. Thieriot directed the first part of the season finale, and said that “it was super exciting. It’s funny. Starting off, they were going through all these different ideas for what that opening incident was going to be.”
He was asked whether he could reveal something from the finale, but while he couldn’t give us details, he did tease what we can expect. “Well, I can’t say if anyone will die, but given the people who were involved and given the scale of this fire, I think that the fire could potentially impact these people forever going forward. I think that it’s a big enough threat that anything could happen,” he revealed.
Finally, when asked about how Season 3 was going to set up Season 4, he had a very intriguing answer. “Man, like, game changer. I think it’s shocking. It’s going to make an impact for sure,” Thieriot said, teasing something major.
