Reliable Insider Teases Surprising Return, More Cameos and Spider-Man Connection in ‘Daredevil: Born Again’

Alex Perez from Cosmic Circus recently shared some fresh updates on Daredevil: Born Again, revealing interesting details about the show’s first season and beyond. While not every question had a concrete answer, there’s still plenty to talk about.

One fan asked if Hunter Doohan is still playing Muse after the show’s creative revamp. According to Alex, that seems to be the case. There hasn’t been any indication of a recast, so it looks like Doohan is sticking with the role.

Another question was about familiar faces from the original series, like Sister Maggie, Mahoney, or Turk. Unfortunately, Alex didn’t have an answer on whether any of them are coming back for season two. It’s still up in the air if Marvel plans to reintroduce these side characters or move in a completely different direction.

As for surprise cameos, Alex confirmed that there are some in season one. While many have already been rumored, he didn’t drop any specific names. That means there could still be a few unexpected appearances that haven’t been leaked yet.

One of the biggest reveals was about a possible connection between Daredevil and Spider-Man. When asked if season two would set up a crossover, Alex suggested that season one already lays the groundwork—though in a subtle way.

He hinted that the connection should become much clearer after Secret Wars, which could mean Marvel has big plans for these two characters down the line.
