Journalist Who Saw ‘The Boys’ Finale Early Addresses Leak Claims
The buzz surrounding The Boys is intensifying as the series approaches its final episode. Fans are actively sharing theories, and various supposed leaks are circulating online, prompting reactions from those who have seen the finale ahead of its official release.
One notable response comes from journalist Grace Randolph, who claims to have viewed the finale early. She addressed the circulating leaked details and whether they align with the actual events of the episode. Her reply was succinct:
“It does seem that way, but it actually doesn’t”
This statement has added to the confusion surrounding the ongoing discourse, especially as numerous online posts have claimed to unveil significant plot points from the finale. Some of these assertions originated from an anonymous TikTok account that claimed to have insider knowledge from the VFX department. That account and its post have since vanished.
The finale of The Boys Season 5, titled Blood and Bone, is set to premiere on May 20, on Amazon Prime Video. As the release date approaches, fan speculation has reached unprecedented levels.
The leaked information that has been circulating suggests a climactic and violent final episode. According to these posts, the narrative begins with the remaining characters grappling with loss and strategizing their final confrontation against Homelander. It also hints at escalating tensions among characters as the story nears its conclusion.
Additionally, the same leak indicated that Homelander would become increasingly unstable, taking drastic actions as he fully embraces his powers. It hinted at large-scale destruction, intense battles, and the involvement of various factions, including The Boys and characters from Gen V.

Another aspect of the alleged leak claimed that Homelander would fully lose control and present himself as a god-like figure to the public. This would purportedly lead to widespread chaos and violence across the nation.
Some leaked details also hinted at emotional moments involving characters like Butcher and Ryan, describing shifting alliances, significant character deaths, and a climactic showdown at a government facility.
However, these claims have yet to be verified by Amazon Prime Video or the show’s creators. With Grace Randolph’s remarks casting doubt on the reliability of the leaks, it’s uncertain how much of the online chatter accurately reflects the actual finale.
The finale is still on track for May 20, and until its official release, all online discussions should be regarded as speculation rather than confirmed facts.
