‘Michael’ Star Colman Domingo Flaunts Sculpted Physique in Men’s Health UK Feature
Colman Domingo is making waves with a new Men’s Health UK photoshoot that showcases his impressively lean and athletic physique. The feature presents the actor in a variety of styled images that blend fitness aesthetics with high-fashion elements, portraying him as both relaxed and impeccably styled.
In the shoot, Domingo sports a closely cropped haircut along with a full, well-groomed mustache and beard. Throughout the images, he accessorizes with layered gold chains, including a striking pendant that adds a bold yet simple flair to his overall look.
Each photograph captures a distinct vibe. In one shot, he dons a sleeveless gray zip-up hoodie left unzipped, showcasing his upper body in a casual, fitness-inspired manner. In another, he poses shirtless in light athletic shorts, confidently displaying his toned physique.
A more styled image features him leaning against a pillar in a warehouse-like environment, wearing a camel-colored bathrobe over shorts, complemented by white athletic socks and vibrant red boxing boots. Another shot takes a fashion-forward approach, with Domingo in a sheer deep blue button-down shirt left open and tucked into tailored dark trousers against a white brick wall.
The magazine feature delves into his personal fitness journey. Domingo discusses how his perspective on health has evolved, particularly after turning 50. He reflects on re-evaluating his routine and prioritizing overall wellness over mere appearance.
He explained his change in mindset, stating, “You look at your lean self and your very natural self and you think, well, maybe I could use a boost.” He also mentioned consulting a doctor to better understand his physical condition and was surprised by the findings. “I went to a doctor to see if I would qualify for or need more testosterone, and he told me my testosterone levels were as high as they were when I was 16.”
Rather than pursuing heavier muscle growth, Domingo emphasizes his current focus on longevity, recovery, and flexibility. He highlights the importance of rest, especially given his hectic travel schedule. “Rest and recovery have become increasingly important in my life,” he remarked. “Because I travel so much, I need that.”
In addition to his fitness insights, the feature touches on his flourishing career. Domingo has been active in both film and television, with roles in recent high-profile projects and upcoming releases. His work includes appearances in Euphoria, the thriller Dead Man’s Wire, and the Michael biopic where he portrays Joe Jackson. He also lends his voice to various animated projects.
Looking ahead, he continues to take on significant roles in both acting and directing, with several films in development, including a psychological thriller and planned projects where he will also step behind the camera.
The Men’s Health UK spread showcases Domingo not only as a performer but as someone who is openly redefining his approach to health, balance, and long-term performance in a demanding industry.
