‘One Battle After Another’ Star Teyana Taylor Sizzles in New Calvin Klein Campaign
Calvin Klein has been strategically focusing on cultural crossover moments, teaming up with performers who bring their unique audiences and creative flair to the brand. This approach has become even more pronounced under the guidance of parent company PVH Corp., which emphasizes authentic marketing partnerships over purely transactional ones.
The latest initiative features one of Calvin Klein’s most iconic products, reimagined for a new campaign led by a performer known for her captivating presence. Teyana Taylor, an actor, director, and performer, has been chosen to headline the launch of the Perfectly Fit Custom Lift Bra, an updated version of the brand’s signature everyday bra that offers personalized lift and lightweight, invisible support.
In the campaign, directed by Gordon von Steiner, Taylor is showcased in dynamic motion to the rhythm of Tina Turner’s “The Best,” blending intimate moments with striking choreography. This visual style positions Taylor as both a physical and creative powerhouse, rather than merely modeling the product in a static manner.

Jonathan Bottomley, Calvin Klein’s chief marketing officer and PVH Corp.’s executive vice president of group consumer and brand strategy, shared insights on the collaboration with Taylor. “The strongest campaigns start with the strongest product. With Perfectly Fit Custom Lift, we took one of our signature bras and made it even better through thoughtful innovation,” Bottomley noted.
He emphasized Taylor’s role as essential to the campaign’s identity, stating, “Teyana was the perfect partner to tell that story: she brings an authenticity and creative energy that feels uniquely her, while naturally embodying the confidence and sensuality that have always defined Calvin Klein. The campaign builds on our visual identity while keeping our iconic product at the center.”
Taylor’s participation in the Perfectly Fit rollout aligns with a broader strategy PVH has adopted under CEO Stefan Larsson, focusing on pairing the company’s signature products with cultural moments and impactful marketing. This strategy increasingly involves collaborating with performers who have strong personal followings, rather than relying solely on traditional modeling talent.
This isn’t Taylor’s first connection with Calvin Klein. She has previously donned pieces from the brand’s Collection line on the red carpet and appeared in the brand’s Spring 2027 show reaction video alongside artists like St. Vincent and Misty Copeland, establishing her presence within Calvin Klein’s cultural initiatives beyond this specific campaign.
The campaign will be launched across Calvin Klein retail locations, calvinklein.com, and the brand’s social media platforms, in addition to high-impact out-of-home placements aimed at maximizing visibility for the product’s relaunch. This multi-channel approach underscores the significance Calvin Klein places on the Perfectly Fit update as a flagship moment for the fall.
With Taylor’s rising profile in fashion and entertainment this year, highlighted by her Time cover appearance and ongoing acting projects, this partnership comes at a time when her cultural visibility is particularly prominent.
