20. Neferpitou
Anime Name: HunterxHunter
Born as the first of the three Royal Guards of the Chimera Ant King, Meruem, Neferpitou was a cat-like humanoid Chimera Ant and one of the central antagonists of the Chimera Ant Arc in HunterxHunter. As one of the anime’s characters without a specific gender, Neferpitou, commonly referred to as Pitou is one of the most terrifying villains in the series and this was evident early on when they confronted Gon, Killua and Kite and killed Kite shortly thereafter, a disciple of Ging Freecss and one of the most experienced Hunters.

General Najenda is a central character in Akame Ga Kill and the leader of the covert assassination division, Night Raid, which is a faction of the Revolutionary Army. She was a former General of the Empire that defected, along with Lubbock, to the Revolutionary Army sometime after the end of an expedition led by her and Esdeath to eliminate the opposition of the Ban Tribe.
Najenda is calm and collective, being able to adjust herself to differing situations and giving out orders by adapting to the current situation, which she draws from her years of experience as a General of the Empire. She lost her eye and right arm when she defected to the Revolutionary Army after fighting Esdeath. Unable to fully utilize her Teigu, Pumpkin, she handed it to Mine.
18. Elizabeth Liones
Anime: The Seven Deadly Sins
The third princess of the Kingdom of Liones and the current incarnation of the Supreme Deity’s daughter, Goddess Elizabeth, Elizabeth Liones is the deuteragonist of the anime and lover of Meliodas, captain of the Seven Deadly Sins.
Elizabeth was adopted by the king Bartra Liones and after the Holy Knights rebelled, she set on a journey to find the Seven Deadly Sins, becoming a waitress for Meliodas’ tavern Boar Hat. She later awakened her power as the Goddess Elizabeth and became the Seven Deadly Sins’ principal ally, participating in their battles against the Ten Commandments and later the Demon Clan in the New Holy War.

Juuzou is a young investigator with an androgynous appearance and stitches on his lips and other places, used as both first-aid and fashion. He bears an immature, reckless demeanor, with little care for the property of others, but is very enthusiastic, and often exceptionally resourceful in his job. Initially presented as an investigator who bore no qualms in killing ghouls, he later seemed to mature and even appeared to empathize with ghouls and also display more concern for the welfare of his colleagues after he was given his own squad.

Anime Name: The Promised Neverland
Norman is one of the deuteragonists of The Promised Neverland who resides in the Grace Field House orphanage. Being the smartest of all children, he is a role model to most of the younger kids. He and Emma are the first to discover the true nature and purpose of the orphanage and together with Ray, the third deuteragonist, they devise a plan to escape the horror house.
Often portrayed as a calm, reliable boy, he is very thoughtful and compassionate, often being hard on himself for being unable to escape with all the kids from the orphanage. The daughter of one of the Four Emperors of the Sea, Kaidou, Yamato is a principal ally of the StrawHat Pirates during the Wano Country Arc. Her father groomed her to become his heir from a young age, but she instead developed a profound admiration for the legendary samurai Kozuki Oden (who was a 2nd Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates and also a member of the Roger Pirates) and began to assimilate everything affiliated to the samurai to the extent of proclaiming to be a man so much so that she is referred to as Kaido’s son.

The captain of the 13th Division of the Gotei 13, Juushirou Ukitake is one of the most powerful and longest-serving captains of the Gotei 13, having been one of Genryuusai Yamamoto’s first graduates alongside Shunsui Kyoraku, the captain of the 8th Division. He suffers from lung disease and as a result of his illness, he has a rather sickly appearance and is often depicted at his division headquarters spending time recuperating or with his closest friend, Kyoraku.
Despite his illness, he is extremely powerful and is regarded as one of the few captains in Gotei 13 who could possibly battle the Captain Commander, having been a captain for over 2,000 years and possessing immense Reiatsu that is unmatched by his peers or predecessors.

Dubbed as the ‘White Reaper’, Kishou Arima is a legendary Special Class Ghoul Investigator of the CCG who is undefeated for 18 years. He is incredibly strong and can single-handedly turn the tables in a battle whenever he appears. As an incomplete half-ghoul superhuman and the One-Eyed King, he possesses outstanding dexterity, speed, and intellect, being able to rival any ghoul, even Eto, the One-Eyed Owl.
Despite his service to the CCG, Arima spent many years serving as the One-Eyed King, discreetly siding with the Ghouls. As the One-Eyed King, Arima firmly believes that a revolution is in hand. His desire for this revolution resulted in him training Kaneki in the hope that he would become his successor.

Ichimaru Gin was the Captain of the 3rd Division of the Gotei 13 and one of the three captains that betrayed Soul Society, alongside Captain of the 5th Division, Sosuke Aizen, and Captain of the 9th Division, Kaname Tosen. Gin was the first Captain-level Shinigami that Ichigo and his comrades met when they invaded Soul Society, and after he failed to neutralize them, most Captains in Soul Society became suspicious of his allegiances.
Later, he used his Bankai, Kamishini no Yari, to stop Aizen from fully evolving after merging with the Hogyoku, revealing that he was a double agent who had vowed to kill Aizen since he was a kid. Unfortunately, Aizen was too powerful for him and he ended up being fatally wounded and dying in the arms of his romantic interest, the lieutenant of the 10th Division, Rangiku Matsumoto.

Known to many as the Dark King, Silvers Rayleigh is Shakuyaku’s husband and the former right-hand man of the legendary Pirate King, Gol D. Roger, having served as the vice-captain of the Roger Pirates. As one of the few surviving members of the Roger Pirates crew, Silvers Rayleigh retired and settled on Sabaody Archipelago with Shakuyaku after Roger was executed by the World Government.
During the Sabaody Archipelago Arc, he disguised himself as a slave at the Human Auction House with the intention of stealing money from his buyer, and there he met Luffy and the Strawhat Pirates. After Marine Admiral Kizaru was dispatched to the archipelago to deal with the pirates that had gathered there, Rayleigh held off Kizaru as the Strawhat Pirates attempted to flee. Later, he reunited with Luffy after Ace’s death and took him to Amazon Lily to train him to become a proficient Haki user.
