‘Call My Agent’ Star Eva Longoria Stuns in Gold Gown at Madrid Charity Gala
Eva Longoria has long balanced her acting career with a strong dedication to philanthropy, often using her red carpet moments to highlight causes that matter. This week, she attended one of Spain’s most glamorous charity events of the year.
The event was the closing gala of the Cash & Rocket Spain Tour 2026, hosted at the historic Casino de Madrid. Funds raised during the event support the Global Gift Foundation, which focuses on initiatives aiding vulnerable children, women, and families. Longoria has proudly served as the honorary chair and ambassador for the foundation for many years.
For the gala, the 51-year-old actress turned heads in a stunning gold gown that quickly became a highlight of the evening. Designed by Marmar Halim, the sleeveless, high-neck dress featured a body-hugging silhouette adorned with tiny shimmering sequins, creating a liquid-metal effect that dazzled under the lights before cascading into a floor-length skirt.
Longoria completed her look with matching Alevi heels, a Jimmy Choo bag, and jewelry from EFFY, while her long brunette hair flowed in loose waves, reminiscent of classic Hollywood glamour. The bandage-style silhouette of her gown harks back to designer Azzedine Alaïa in the 1980s, later popularized by Hervé Léger, and remains a favorite among red carpet stars seeking a figure-hugging, elegant finish.
She co-hosted the evening with Global Gift Foundation founder María Bravo, soprano and philanthropist Angélica de la Riva, and Cash & Rocket founder Julie Brangstrup, with the gala presented by international model Nieves Álvarez and British communicator Nick Ede. Notable guests included Princess Beatrice of Orléans and British model Jodie Kidd, who also participated in the tour.

The gala marked the end of a four-day charity road trip that started in Marbella on September 10, passing through Seville, Trujillo, and Toledo before concluding in Madrid. Fifty women drove across the country in 25 red cars under the motto “Let’s Drive the Change,” raising awareness for female solidarity and collecting donations for the Global Gift Foundation.
By the end of the tour, participants had raised approximately £112,288 for the cause, as reported by HELLO! Reflecting on the experience, Longoria shared that concluding the tour in Madrid with the women who drove from Marbella to support the foundation felt incredible. She also mentioned enjoying a dinner with friends and her husband José “Pepe” Bastón the night before the gala, as she told HELLO! Magazine.

Longoria also emphasized the broader impact of the four-day journey, highlighting how the tour showcased the power of women uniting their voices, energy, and commitment to a common cause. This sentiment resonated throughout the evening, which featured a performance from de la Riva, music by Carlos Baute, and a charity auction led by Christie’s international director Beatriz Ordovás, showcasing artwork and donated experiences.
Elena Knezek and Jessica Davenport were recognized as the top individual fundraisers of the tour, raising an impressive £21,071.34 between them over the four days. Their contributions, along with the overall tour total, highlighted the significant momentum the Cash & Rocket initiative has gained since its inception.
The Global Gift Gala has previously taken place in major cities worldwide, including Cannes, Paris, Marbella, London, Geneva, Monaco, Dubai, and Miami. Longoria has consistently been a prominent figure at the foundation’s various events, demonstrating her long-term commitment that extends beyond any single red carpet appearance.
With her stunning gold gown and the meaningful cause behind it, Longoria’s presence at the Madrid gala exemplified the kind of impactful moments that have defined her philanthropic reputation: glamour in service of genuine change.
