Netflix has dedicated the past year to transforming its most successful animated film into a cultural sensation, with its soundtrack topping charts and its characters becoming widely recognized beyond the screen. This remarkable staying power has inspired the streamer to explore innovative ways for fans to engage with the universe it has created.

This ambition has been building since earlier this summer, when Netflix first hinted at plans to bring the film’s universe to life in its physical Netflix House locations. Fans have eagerly awaited concrete details, and the streamer has now provided just that.

Netflix has officially announced ‘KPop Demon Hunters: The Immersive Experience,’ a ticketed attraction set to open on November 12 at Netflix House Dallas and November 20 at Netflix House Philadelphia. This experience immerses guests in the world of HUNTR/X, starting backstage as the fictional K-pop group prepares for a stop on their world tour.

When the demonic villain Gwi-Ma disrupts opening night, attendees will join HUNTR/X on a mission to restore the Honmoon and hunt demons throughout a neon-lit recreation of Seoul. General tickets are priced at $39, with children’s tickets starting at $34, and a VIP package available from $89 on weekdays and $99 on weekends.

According to Netflix, the attraction will feature interactive sets, screens, 3D technology, live actors, and animation to bring the narrative to life around guests. Music- and play-based challenges will propel the story forward, all set to songs from the film’s soundtrack, including fan favorites “How It’s Done,” “Soda Pop,” and “Golden.”

Puppetry will also be a highlight, with a puppet of Derpy Tiger created in collaboration with the Henson Creature Shop, allowing fans to interact with one of the film’s beloved characters in person. Both locations will offer themed food and drinks, new merchandise, and exclusive photo opportunities tied to the experience’s launch.

Marian Lee, Netflix’s chief marketing officer, shared insights into the vision of bringing the film’s universe into physical spaces. “Fans don’t just want to watch ‘KPop Demon Hunters,’ they want to live in the world of HUNTR/X. Netflix House is where fandoms like this get to live year-round, so it’s the perfect home for everything KPop Demon Hunters fans have been asking for,” Lee stated in comments given to Netflix’s Tudum.

This sentiment reflects a broader strategy for Netflix House, which the streamer has designed as a dynamic entertainment venue that evolves with whatever franchise currently captivates audiences. This new experience will take the place of the Wednesday-themed attraction at the Philadelphia location and the ongoing ‘Stranger Things’ experience in Dallas.

Ticket sales will roll out in phases leading up to the November openings. Mastercard credit card holders can begin purchasing tickets today, September 22, followed by a presale for Netflix members starting September 29, with general ticket sales opening on October 1.

This staggered rollout reflects the excitement surrounding the film, which has amassed over 670 million views since its June 2025 debut and won the Oscar for Best Animated Feature, along with a historic Best Original Song win for “Golden,” marking the first K-pop song to receive that honor.

With the soundtrack continuing to dominate charts and the film establishing itself as Netflix’s most-watched movie ever, transforming HUNTR/X’s story into a physical, interactive experience seems like a natural progression for the franchise’s growth. Netflix has hinted that more pop-up events and experiences related to the film are on the horizon worldwide.

Given the rapid rise of this franchise as a cultural force, it’s easy to envision fans eagerly lining up once tickets officially go on sale.
