Transitioning from her gymnastics career at LSU, Dunne is making her acting debut in the show, portraying a junior lifeguard in a recurring role as part of the new lifeguard team along the Los Angeles coastline.

Dunne concluded her gymnastics career in 2025 after her final season with the LSU Tigers. Since then, she has been branching out into media and entertainment.

Dunne has previously expressed her desire to explore acting, stating: “It’s something I’ve been passionate about for quite some time. I was interested in doing that at LSU, but sports are your top priority when you’re a student-athlete at school.”
