‘Superman’ Movie Early Screening Has Been Announced, Here’s How to Watch
Fans of Superman are in for a treat! The new Superman movie, directed by James Gunn, is getting an early screening. However, there’s a catch: only certain people will be able to see it ahead of the official release date.
Amazon has announced that Prime members will get the chance to watch the new Superman movie early. The screening is scheduled for July 7, four days before the official release on July 11.
There’s a bit of confusion because the official website also mentions a screening on July 8, but it’s not clear if there will be two early screenings or if there’s an error.
The early screening is part of Amazon’s Prime Premiere event. This program allows Prime members to watch select movies in theaters before they arrive on Prime Video.
To attend, members can go to the Prime Premiere website, choose a theater, and reserve tickets by signing in with their Amazon account. It looks like these early screenings will only happen in a few major U.S. cities.
The new Superman film is the first in Gunn’s rebooted DC Universe (DCU). It stars David Corenswet as Superman and Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane. One surprise from the trailer is that Lois already knows Clark Kent’s secret identity. The story will explore how Clark balances his moral values with real-world challenges.
With filming done and promotion underway, this new Superman movie marks a fresh start for both the character and DC Studios. Fans who are Amazon Prime members can look forward to seeing it a few days early!
