Sydney Sweeney’s SYRN Lingerie Brand Gains Momentum with New Campaign
Sydney Sweeney has been busy in Hollywood, building an impressive brand portfolio that includes partnerships with Kérastase, Armani Beauty, and HeyDude, all while advancing her acting career. Amidst this packed schedule, she launched her own venture, which has quickly become a hot topic in the fashion industry.
This venture is SYRN, a direct-to-consumer lingerie brand that Sweeney founded and unveiled to the public in late January. What began as a single eye-catching debut has evolved into a recurring cultural phenomenon, with each new campaign generating its own buzz—a remarkable achievement for a celebrity-founded label that is still under a year old.
Sweeney’s latest campaign continues this trend, with a new SYRN video shared on social media that garnered rapid engagement and thousands of comments within hours of its release. The campaign showcases Sweeney modeling relaxed, at-home looks featuring the brand’s Lowdown Cami and Confidential Hipster styles, part of an expanding product lineup that the brand has been rolling out throughout the year.
SYRN’s core mission has remained consistent since its inception, offering an inclusive size range that spans 44 total sizes from 30B to 42DDD, with most items priced under $100. Sweeney explained her motivation behind this approach in the brand’s original launch materials, sharing her personal struggle to find a properly fitting bra as a sixth grader with a larger chest, which inspired her to design for diverse body types.
This accessible, lifestyle-driven approach has become a key element of SYRN’s marketing strategy, emphasizing the brand’s affordable price point and wide size range rather than adopting an overly aspirational tone. The brand is structured around four core personas that Sweeney has described as Comfy, Playful, Romantic, and Seductress, allowing for tonal shifts across different campaigns while maintaining a cohesive identity.
SYRN’s financial backing has also attracted significant attention, with high-profile investors like Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez Bezos, along with private equity firm Coatue Management, providing Sweeney with substantial capital for a business she dedicated a full year to developing before its launch.
In addition to its online campaigns, SYRN has made a mark through real-world activations, serving as the official lingerie partner of the Stagecoach country music festival earlier this year. This included a themed dive bar that Sweeney described as embodying her love for karaoke and the festival’s no-judgment vibe. The brand has also filed trademark applications hinting at a potential expansion into skincare and cosmetics, although specific products have yet to be announced.
With SYRN continuing to create viral moments well beyond its initial launch, and Sweeney balancing her American Eagle capsule collection alongside other major brand partnerships, it’s clear that she has built something with lasting impact rather than a fleeting celebrity side project.
