Fighting back tears she focused on holding herself together and not crying in front of everyone. Later that day Depp offered what she described as a non-apology apology which did little to ease the sting of the outburst. The experience soured her view of him completely turning excitement into resentment.

Depp’s representatives pushed back against the account when reached for comment.
