The world of yaoi anime welcomed Yuri!!! on ICE back in 2016. The original anime series about the world of ice skating combined sports with boy’s romance in a brilliant way, becoming acclaimed and popular around the world.

The original anime consisted of 12 episodes and an additional OVA episode, which was, in all honesty, too little for such a great series.

We know that a movie was announced, but the movie was abruptly canceled last year, which made a lot of fans sad. And while the news we have is not a proper consolation, it will probably make some fans of the series happy!

At this point, fans of Yuri!!! on ICE don’t really have too many options if they want to watch the beloved series. Namely, the series is available only on Crunchyroll, so if you don’t have a subscription to the anime service (and many of you don’t, we believe), you cannot really watch it.

Episodes are available for buying on Apple and Amazon, but that’s not really the same thing.

But, as you might have guessed from the direction this article was heading to, this is about to change. Namely, we can confirm that Hulu is finally getting Yuri!!! on ICE and the anime will be available starting on June 3, 2025, which is soon.

This will be the first time that the series will be available anywhere else aside from Crunchyroll and Hulu has confirmed that the series will be available in subbed and dubbed format, so you will be able to pick for yourselves.

The spike in interest might motivate MAPPA to revisit the series at one point, so be sure to watch it when it comes out!
