Arcane Season 2 Comes to Life at Annecy with Stunning Art Showcase
At the Annecy Animation Festival this year, fans of Arcane got a real treat. Riot Games and Fortiche Production teamed up with the City of Annecy and the festival itself to show off a special behind-the-scenes look at the hit Netflix series. The exhibition lets you walk right into the creative world of Arcane and see how everything came together.
There’s a lot to see. The exhibition includes original concept art, storyboards, and props from Season 2. Some of the standout pieces include artwork of Jinx, Vi, and Ekko, along with Viktor, Jayce, and even Mel Medarda.
It’s been set up like an immersive experience where you can walk through the production process, see how scenes were built, and really get a feel for how the show’s unique style was made. It’s clear this was made for anyone who loves animation, from fans to professionals, students, and creatives alike.
The team behind the series says the goal was to let people see just how much work and talent went into the making of Arcane. As part of the experience, you’ll find everything from early sketches to full scenes, along with decorative elements and tons of behind-the-scenes materials.
