Charlie Cox Reveals How Daredevil Would Do in Gordon Ramsay’s ‘Hell’s Kitchen’

Daredevil has been one of Marvel’s most intriguing characters for decades now. Because he is a very special figure, the fans love him and his stories allow Marvel to dig a bit deeper into darkness than in its mainstream titles.

Of course, Daredevil has been present in numerous derivative works as well, including the popular TV series, whose most recent season aired not that long ago to great reviews.

Charlie Cox returned to that series to play the titular hero, and in a recent interview, the actor was asked how Daredevil would fare in Hell’s Kitchen, but not the one you might be thinking about!

Namely, you probably know that the Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood of New York is exceptionally important for Daredevil’s story, and this is probably what inspired the recent question by the press:

Among the questions asked in the interview was how Daredevil would do in Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen, which shares the name with the neighborhood that is so important for Daredevil’s story.

The interview as a whole is fun, but if you’re unable to listen to or watch it immediately, we’ll bring you Cox’s hilarious answer. “I’ve always assumed that he’s a very, very good chef, so he wouldn’t need any scales, he’d know the exact amount of herbs…it’d be precise,” he said.

Gordon Ramsay hasn’t responded to this, but seeing a clash between the infernal chef and one of Marvel’s foremost superheroes would be amazing, and we believe that many fans of both shows would love to see it.
