In October 2025, a source informed Us Weekly that the couple was dating and that things had become more serious. By spring, Braun was openly discussing the romance on a podcast, referring to Sweeney as an extraordinary woman who is kind and generous, calling their relationship one of his biggest surprises.

It wasn’t just talk; Braun shared an Instagram video of a low-key NYC date night in late May, featuring Citi Bikes, burgers, and Sweeney’s first visit to Times Square. She donned a blue hoodie and sunglasses, danced to “Empire State of Mind,” and posed in front of her own American Eagle billboard.

New York has become a frequent backdrop for their outings. They were seen hand-in-hand in the city last November, and Sweeney made an appearance on ‘The Late Show with Stephen Colbert’ that same week. Between those moments, they’ve been spotted at karaoke and a Matt Rife comedy show, reportedly holding hands under the table.

These outings suggest a couple comfortable being seen together, with their dates resembling those of typical New Yorkers rather than staged photo ops.

Both stars are managing busy schedules. Sweeney is linked to projects like ‘Euphoria’ season 3, ‘Christy,’ and ‘The Housemaid,’ while Braun stepped back from artist management last year after working with stars like Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande.

Sources indicate that Braun has been a supportive figure in Sweeney’s career. Page Six reported that she values his business advice, although wedding bells are reportedly not in their immediate future. A source told Us Weekly that his support is one reason she is drawn to him.

Reactions to their relationship have been mixed. While some fans celebrate the union of two industry heavyweights, others express surprise at the age difference and Braun’s controversial past in the music industry. Braun was previously married to health activist Yael Cohen, with whom he shares three children.

Rumors have circulated as well. The National Enquirer suggested that their relationship began as a business connection, but that report relied on an unnamed insider, and neither star has commented on it. Meanwhile, sources maintain that Sweeney has moved on from Davino and is happy with Braun.
