Funko Unveils New Pop! Wave for ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ Featuring Quicksilver and Vision
More than ten years after its theatrical release, ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron‘ remains one of the most discussed entries in the MCU. The film introduced Vision, showcased the team battling a machine created by Tony Stark and Bruce Banner, and laid the groundwork for future storylines.
For collectors, the film has presented a mixed experience. When Funko debuted its original series of vinyl figures in April 2015, the lineup included Captain America, Hulk, Iron Man, Thor, Hawkeye, Vision, and Ultron, along with a 6-inch Hulkbuster. However, several key characters were notably absent.
Now, that gap is finally being filled. A new collection of Funko Pop! figures from ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ is now available for pre-order, featuring Ultron, Vision, Quicksilver, and Iron Man. This line is part of Funko’s MCU Archives series, with pre-orders opening on October 21 at 9 AM PT.

The four figures highlight the film’s most iconic characters. Ultron features a new sculpt, Iron Man makes a return, and Vision is depicted holding Mjolnir, referencing one of the film’s most memorable scenes. Funko lists the figures at $14.99 each.
The standout addition is Quicksilver, who was missing from the original wave. For collectors aiming to complete their display of the film’s characters, this figure makes the pre-order worthwhile. The new designs are expected to reflect the final film, unlike the 2015 versions, which were based on pre-release information.
Stock seems to be moving quickly. Funko’s listings indicated low availability shortly after pre-orders commenced, which is typical for MCU Archives releases. Fans eager to secure the Vision with Mjolnir should act fast.
Beyond the nostalgia, the timing is also strategic. Vision and Ultron are currently in the spotlight due to Marvel’s ‘VisionQuest’, and Funko has separate figures for that series as well.
This release coincides with a particularly busy period for Marvel collectibles. ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ is set to hit theaters on December 18, and Funko has already begun rolling out figures for the film, including various versions of Doctor Doom and characters like Shang-Chi, Namor, and Gambit. Additionally, there are miniature Bitty Pop! figures for collectors with limited shelf space.
This means fans can choose between nostalgia and new releases. The ‘Age of Ultron’ wave caters to those looking back, while the ‘Doomsday’ line provides a sneak peek at the next major team-up.
