Gal Gadot’s Double Takes the Spotlight in ‘The Runner’ Set Leaks Amid Pro-Palestine Protests

Pro-Palestine protesters disrupted the filming of Gal Gadot’s new movie, The Runner, in London. They banged drums and shouted “shame on you,” causing the production to stop.

The protests were aimed at Gadot because she has been vocal in supporting Israel’s invasion of Gaza after the October 7 Hamas attacks, and also served in the IDF before her acting career took off.

Some protesters chanted things like “your hands are bloody” and “we can’t deal with genocide” while facing police officers. Due to the protests, Gadot was replaced by a body double for some scenes as set leaks shared via @UnBoxPHD show:

In the movie, Gadot plays a successful lawyer who has to run across London to rescue her kidnapped son. The film is being made by David Kosse’s production company, Rockwood Pictures.
