The recent episode of Euphoria has ignited discussions online after Sydney Sweeney’s character Cassie delves into “giantess” content through her OnlyFans narrative, featuring a surreal fantasy sequence where she appears to tower over Los Angeles.

This scene quickly captured the attention of viewers, but it also elicited responses from those familiar with the real-life niche. Among them is Amira Evans, a 26-year-old OnlyFans creator who specializes in “giantess” content and reportedly earns a substantial income from custom fetish requests. Her work often involves roleplay scenarios using dolls to create size differences, akin to what is depicted in Cassie’s storyline.

Evans noted that the show’s portrayal of the fetish is quite realistic. She stated, “Men really do ask for this stuff, and it’s very common. These things do happen … and the men love it.”

She elaborated on some of the custom requests she receives, including scenarios where she pretends a doll represents a person, engaging in exaggerated size-based fantasy interactions.

However, Evans highlighted that while the fetish aspect in Cassie’s storyline feels accurate, the character’s rapid success as an OnlyFans creator is unrealistic. In the show, Cassie quickly gains popularity and financial success, which Evans claims is not typical in reality.

She remarked, “I know younger women would watch Euphoria and think that if they start an OnlyFans, they can afford to pay $50,000 for flowers. That’s not the case. I know that most creators earn less than minimum wage. It really takes a long time to build up earning decent money. There is no way someone can earn $50,000 in the first month unless they are at celebrity status, or already have a large following, such as famous actresses or rappers that have started their OnlyFans, like Bhad Bhabie.”

Evans also commented on the online reactions to the storyline, noting that some viewers expressed anger over the portrayal of OnlyFans and fetish content in Euphoria. Nevertheless, she believes the scene itself is neither harmful nor unusual.

She stated, “I read some of the comments online and some people were so angry and upset that [Euphoria] featured OnlyFans and were calling OnlyFans creators all sorts of things.” She added that she thinks the backlash is unwarranted and believes the storyline could help normalize certain fetishes more broadly.

While Cassie’s “giantess” fantasy aligns with the show’s exaggerated storytelling style, real creators like Evans assert that the actual industry behind such content is much slower, more competitive, and far less glamorous than what is portrayed on screen.
