‘JSA’ #7 Preview: The Society in Mourning

DC’s primary superhero group is the Justice League, but before them, there was the Justice Society of America, which is a great group with an important legacy for the history of DC Comics.

The Justice Society of America is currently being featured in their own solo series, whose new issue is coming out soon and we have the first details and the first images from the series.

JSA #7 is coming out on May 7, 2025 and DC Comics has luckily provided us with the first preview images, which we are going to show you in this report.

This story is brought to you by cult writer Jeff Lemire and artist Rafael de Latorre, and it is going to tell the story of the JSA is going to deal with the loss of one of their own allies. Here’s the official synopsis with more details:

THE SOCIETY IN MOURNING! The Justice Society and the rest of the hero community mourn the loss of one of their own. But as the dirt settles, the JSA needs to find a way forward to stop the Injustice Society’s plans, or the world is doomed!
