Kakao Games has just dropped a fresh gameplay walkthrough for their upcoming MMORPG, Chrono Odyssey. This new video gives players a closer look at what to expect from the game, including how combat works, the special abilities of different classes, and the cool time-manipulation features that set it apart.

This release comes shortly after the game’s trailer was shown at the Summer Game Fest Live Showcase 2025. What makes this timing exciting is that the Chrono Odyssey Closed Beta is happening soon, from June 20 to June 22 on Steam. During the beta, players will get the chance to try out three main classes and get a feel for the game before its full release.

Chrono Odyssey is planned to launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam at some point in the future. Kakao Games shared the new gameplay video and explained more about the world and mechanics.

They said, “Today, we unveiled an all-new gameplay trailer showcasing the game’s stunning mechanics and world.”

The video highlights the intense battles players will face as they fight against divine forces in a world called Setera. This world is full of contrasts, ranging from medieval-style landscapes to ruins that look like they belong in a post-apocalyptic story. One of the standout features in the game is how players can use time manipulation to change both exploration and combat in creative ways.

Kakao Games also reminded players that the beta starts on June 20th and encouraged those interested to sign up to get in on the action early.

Overall, the new gameplay walkthrough shows that Chrono Odyssey is shaping up to be a deep and exciting MMORPG experience with plenty to explore and master.
