Latest Reports Reveal One of the Main Plot Points for the Entire Multiverse Saga of the MCU

The upcoming Avengers: Doomsday movie could be the one that finally explains just how much damage the heroes of the Marvel Cinematic Universe have caused. According to insider Alex Perez, the movie is expected to focus heavily on how past decisions by characters like Doctor Strange, Monica Rambeau, and Reed Richards have messed with the multiverse in a big way.
Alex spoke about this in a Q&A, and his answer was packed with major reveals. When asked if the actions of certain heroes would be a big part of Avengers: Doomsday, he said, “Yes, absolutely. And get ready for this answer because it’s a doozy.”
He went on to explain that ever since Loki season one, Marvel has been building up a major plot point: the idea that the entire MCU, and even the wider multiverse, is stuck in an endless loop. Basically, no matter what choices the characters make, everything always leads to the same result.
That result is a multiversal war with Kang’s variants, and eventually, He Who Remains wins, uses Alioth to end the war, and builds the TVA. Then the whole thing starts all over again.
Alex said, “Everything that He Who Remains said during his speech at the end of Season 1 of Loki and a bit of it in Season 2 is true.” The idea is that the MCU, as we know it, the movies, shows, and all, could be just one of millions of attempts by He Who Remains to create a version of reality where he can rule without more wars breaking out. According to Alex, this version of the universe could be attempt number 14,000,605.
Now that Kang and his variants are apparently out of the picture for now, the story is shifting in a new direction. Originally, the chaos across the multiverse was going to be caused by Kang variants.
But with those plans changing, the blame is now being placed more on the heroes themselves. People like Doctor Strange and Spider-Man, who caused an incursion in No Way Home, are part of the problem. Monica Rambeau is also a key part of this. She’s currently trapped in a different universe, one where the X-Men exist, and that will be another major focus in Doomsday.
Alex added that Earth-616 (the main MCU universe) and the one Monica is stuck in will be the center of the next big incursion. Other past multiverse events will be explored too, showing how all these small cracks have added up to something much larger.
It sounds like Avengers: Doomsday won’t just be another team-up movie. It could end up being a full-on reckoning for everything that’s happened in the MCU so far. And if Alex is right, it might also reveal that everything we’ve seen is part of a much bigger, much more controlled loop than we thought.
