‘NCIS: Tony & Ziva’ Spinoff: First Look, Story Details, and Release Window Revealed

Paramount+ has just shared the first photos from NCIS: Tony & Ziva, the exciting new spinoff of the NCIS series. The show will star Michael Weatherly as Tony and Cote de Pablo as Ziva. Fans can expect the series to premiere in fall 2025.
This new 10-episode series will take place across Europe and follow Tony and Ziva as they go on the run.
The story begins after someone attacks Tony’s security company, putting him, Ziva, and their daughter, Tali, in danger. The couple must now find out who is after them while learning to trust each other again.
Longtime NCIS fans will remember that Tony left the team to raise his daughter after Ziva was believed to be dead. Later, Ziva was found alive and completed a mission with NCIS before reuniting with Tony and Tali in Paris.
In the new show, the family is living together until danger strikes again.
Executive producer and showrunner John McNamara shared his excitement about the series: “I’m incredibly grateful to CBS Studios and Paramount+ for the chance to plunge these two beloved characters into a dangerous, fun, romantic, exciting chase across Europe. I’m excited to tell a single, serialized story of intrigue and espionage over 10 episodes, getting the chance to delve more deeply into Tony and Ziva’s complex relationship, their on-again/off-again romance and the way they manage to co-parent their daughter Tali, heightened by the sudden jeopardy they all find themselves in.”
With action, drama, and the return of two fan-favorite characters, NCIS: Tony & Ziva is shaping up to be a thrilling ride when it arrives in fall 2025.
