Peacock’s hit reality competition series has garnered a loyal fanbase since its debut in 2023, skillfully combining deception, strategy, and just the right amount of chaos to keep viewers engaged season after season. Each new iteration of ‘The Traitors’ features a fresh lineup of celebrities and reality TV veterans, all gathered in a Scottish castle to engage in a high-stakes game of murder and manipulation.

This successful formula has prompted Peacock to expand the franchise further, ordering three additional seasons of the flagship celebrity edition while also launching ‘The Traitors: New Blood,’ an all-civilian spinoff that premiered on NBC just a day before this latest announcement. With that milestone recently achieved, the network quickly revealed the cast for the upcoming season.

Peacock has officially announced the cast for Season 6 of ‘The Traitors,’ featuring Kristin Chenoweth, Casey Wilson, Dominic Monaghan, Taylor Hale, Whitney Leavitt, Cynthia Bailey, Gizelle Bryant, Michele Fitzgerald, Bianca Del Rio, and ‘Love Island’ narrator Iain Stirling among the 23 competitors set to enter the game. Longtime host Alan Cumming shared the lineup on Friday during a YouTube roundtable, confirming he will once again oversee the castle’s missions, banishments, and dramatic endgame ceremonies.

Completing the full cast are Q Burdette, Rachel Robinson, Johnny Sibilly, Boman Martinez-Reid, Bronwyn Newport, Chloe Kim, Cody Simpson, Craig Conover, Emira D’Spain, Jag Bains, JaNa Craig, Joey Graziadei, and Rashad Jennings, offering Season 6 a truly eclectic mix of personalities. This lineup includes reality TV favorites from ‘Survivor,’ ‘The Challenge,’ ‘Big Brother,’ and ‘The Real Housewives’ franchise, alongside athletes, musicians, and established entertainment figures.

Chenoweth stands out as one of the most recognizable names in the group, bringing her Broadway and film experience from projects like ‘Wicked,’ ‘Pushing Daisies,’ and ‘Schmigadoon!’ into the castle’s competitive environment. Taylor Hale also returns to the reality competition scene after making history as the first Black woman to win ‘Big Brother,’ while Olympic snowboarder Chloe Kim adds an athletic edge to a cast primarily filled with entertainment and reality personalities.

Cumming’s return as host comes on the heels of his third consecutive Emmy win for Outstanding Host for a Reality or Reality Competition Program at the 2026 Emmy Awards, solidifying his role as a key figure in the American version of the franchise. His continued presence has become a major selling point for the show, with fans frequently praising his theatrical style in orchestrating each season’s twists and betrayals.

‘The Traitors’ is produced by Studio Lambert, with executive producers Stephen Lambert, Mike Cotton, Sam Rees-Jones, Rosie Franks, Tim Harcourt, Jack Burgess, Darrell Olsen, and Cumming himself all involved in the project. The American version, based on the original Dutch format ‘De Verraders,’ first premiered in January 2023 and has steadily evolved into one of Peacock’s flagship reality franchises.

With three additional seasons already confirmed beyond this upcoming installment, Peacock is clearly banking on ‘The Traitors’ to remain a long-term staple of its unscripted programming lineup. Season 6 is anticipated to premiere sometime in 2027, although Peacock has yet to announce an exact premiere date for the new season.

Given the consistently strong casting that has fueled the show’s popularity season after season, this latest lineup’s mix of Broadway talent, reality TV veterans, and pop culture figures suggests Peacock is once again striving to deliver the same unpredictable chemistry that has made ‘The Traitors’ a reliable hit. Fans eager to see how this new group tackles the castle’s treachery will simply need to wait for an official premiere date.
