The action show Reacher is still the most-watched show on streaming. For the week of March 3 to March 9, people watched it for 1.4 billion minutes. This is the second week in a row that Reacher is at number one, thanks to the release of Season 3.

Another show, Zero Day on Netflix, was very popular when it first came out. It had over 1 billion minutes watched the week before. But now, it dropped off the main list. It still showed up on the list for original shows, in 8th place, with 610 million minutes watched.

Coming in second place overall was Running Point, with 1.36 billion minutes watched. Most of the viewers are between 35 and 64 years old, and more than half are women.

Love Is Blind is also doing well. After setting a streaming record the week before, it made it to 4th place this time with just over 1 billion minutes watched.

The White Lotus stayed on the top 10 list too, coming in at number 10 with 814 million minutes watched.

Other popular shows include Severance and 1923. These two shows attract very different age groups. Severance is mostly watched by adults aged 18 to 49, while 1923 is more popular with adults over 50.

Two more shows, Paradise and The Traitors, also showed up on the list after finishing their seasons.

One big surprise was the old Western show Gunsmoke. Even though it first came out in the 1950s, it made the list of most-watched acquired shows at number 8 with 646 million minutes watched. It is available to stream on Paramount+ and Peacock. Nielsen says Gunsmoke has actually been getting a lot of views for a while now—more than 10 billion minutes watched in 2024 alone!

It’s clear that both new and old shows are finding big audiences on streaming platforms.
