‘Ferrari’ Producer Wants to Make a New, Big-Budget Biopic About Donald Trump

Donald Trump is a polarizing figure, however you look at it. His life has been a series of contradictions one after another, but he’s been successful, for the most part – in maintaining the image of a powerful public presence.
His ties to the entertainment industry also helped there significantly, but however you look at it, there is no one clear opinion on Trump save for the one that he is a polarizing figure.
This has been shown in the recent Oscar-nominated movie The Apprentice, but it seems that an even bigger project about the controversial politician is being worked on.
Sebastian Stan portrayed a younger trump brilliantly in a movie that was better than most people expected, we’d say. It was a solid, gritty take on the known facts about Trump’s ventures in the 70s and 80s, but you probably know all the controversies that movie was in due to such a realistic and not flashy take on Trump.
Now, though, it seems that a new project is on the way, a project that will be significantly different from what we can understand from the reports.
Namely, Ferrari producer Andrea Iervolino has confirmed that he has plans to make a big-budget Trump biopic soon. The movie would cover Trump’s whole life, not just two decades, and it would be, as far as we can understand, much “kinder” towards the current President than The Apprentice.
“Whether one agrees or disagrees with his politics, there’s no denying Donald Trump’s impact on the modern era,” Iervolino said. “As a producer, I’m interested in exploring the deeper story of the man — the rise, the challenges, the resilience. Our goal is to deliver a film that is bold, balanced, and artistically ambitious.”
The movie will reportedly aim for a budget of $100 million, but it’s too early to tell what’s going to happen to this planned project at this point, so be sure to keep following us for more updates.
