Zendaya and Tom Holland Celebrate Their Wedding with Loved Ones

Zendaya and Tom Holland are relishing their married life, and a recent intimate celebration allowed the couple to gather their closest friends and family.

As reported by PEOPLE, the ‘Spider-Man’ stars hosted a private wedding celebration on Aug. 4 at Beaverbrook, a luxurious country house hotel in Surrey, England. The couple aimed to keep the event away from the public eye, choosing to spend the day with those nearest to them.

A source shared with PEOPLE that Zendaya and Holland were thrilled with how the day unfolded.

“They’ve both been so busy and this was really the perfect little window for them,” the source noted, highlighting how the couple managed to carve out time from their hectic schedules to celebrate.

Maintaining privacy was a significant factor in keeping the event small and out of the spotlight. “Keeping everything private was incredibly important to them. They’re very protective of their personal lives and really wanted to enjoy this without any outside attention,” the source told PEOPLE.

The couple reportedly had a private wedding earlier this year, followed by the larger celebration in Surrey. The source mentioned they were delighted to have experienced both moments.

“They’re so happy with how everything turned out. They got to have their private wedding and then this bigger celebration with everyone they love. They really couldn’t be happier,” the source said. The source also described the couple as being in a very joyful place since tying the knot.

“It’s a really exciting time for both of them and you can really see that when you’re around them,” they added. Family members were also part of the celebration, with Holland’s brothers, Sam, Harry, and Paddy, reportedly attending and staying at cottages on the Beaverbrook estate. The event had a natural, relaxed atmosphere, with the brothers donning black tuxedos adorned with wildflowers.

The Surrey venue was particularly meaningful for Holland, as the hotel is near Kingston upon Thames, where he grew up.

Zendaya and Holland had kept their wedding plans under wraps, even as speculation about their relationship status circulated. Holland confirmed their marriage during an interview with Esquire in June.

While discussing fake AI-generated images claiming to depict their wedding, Holland explained that his family and friends recognized the photos as fake because “they were all there” for the real ceremony.

When asked for more details about the wedding, Holland kept his response brief. “That’s all you’ll get on that,” he said.

The couple’s marriage had been the subject of months of speculation. Zendaya first sparked engagement rumors in early 2025 after appearing at the Golden Globes with a large diamond ring. PEOPLE later confirmed that she and Holland were engaged.

Rumors about their wedding resurfaced in March when Zendaya appeared at the Oscars wearing what appeared to be a wedding band, which she continued to wear during public outings.

Just two days after the Surrey celebration, Holland was spotted wearing his wedding ring in public for the first time since confirming their marriage.

For two stars who have largely kept their relationship private, their latest celebration seems to have followed the same ethos: a special day shared with the people who matter most to them.
